Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), from Milano Office Division, we are searching for an important client in the Pharmaceutical industry: JUNIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER Mission : ensure a proactive, value-adding HR partnering service that meets business needs and supports the effective implementation of HR strategy. Within the assigned business areas, builds professional partnerships with People Managers throughout an effective deployment and implementation of recruiting, performance, learning and development and employee relations strategies and contribute directly to the achievement of the organization's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure, within the assigned areas/functions, accurate support on all employees matters including, but not limited to, high level disciplinary, work absence, talent management, staffing or consultation. Ensure internal alignment that the direct Manager is made aware of any sensitive issue that arises and contribute to recommend appropriate plans and actions. Ensure people managers and employees understand and participate in the performance management and development programs; facilitate the annual performance process, including objectives setting, individual development plans. Coach employees and people managers on the process of resolving and/or addressing performance gaps. Collaborate with the assigned areas to identify workforce planning and staffing needs; propose recruiting strategy for open positions, including defining job position needs and critical competencies. Conduct selections interviews for final short-list candidates and supervise the whole selection process up to the onboarding phase, ensuring an effective new hires induction within the organization. Support people managers with the annual salary review process by: identifying the issues that need to be considered and factored into strategy; support managers how to distribute salary budget across functions. In partnership with Compensation and in accordance with direct Manager, consult with People Managers on pay decisions, job evaluations and promotions. Submit to direct Manager solutions to specific reward and compensation related problems/needs. Ensure all HR programs and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented on a local basis within the assigned areas. Conduct exit interviews and advise managers on use of non-employees (consultants, contractors, etc.). Support special projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Contribute to maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees/non-employees (i.e.: temporary workers, sales agents), reducing legal risks and partner with Legal (in house/outsourced) as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Economics or Humanities 2 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum of 4 years in HR roles within multinational companies Fluent in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Great communication and organizational skills, ability to build strong and trusted relationships, positive and flexible attitude, great result orientation, attention to detail and confidentiality, problem solving Strong passion for human resources J-18808-Ljbffr
