Context and Purpose of the job You will join our company Giorgio Armani, working in the HR Team in Milan.
As Junior HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact and, collaborating with your HR Manager, you will support the employees of your areas in every HR related situation.
Responsibilities Provide an advisory service to employees on all HR mattersFill and update the internal management tool with employees' dataSupport the HR Manager in all the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, change of hours, off-boardingTake part in the hiring processes across the assigned business unitsPrepare and manage HR documentsUpdate and provide reports, analysis and presentations to support meetingsRequirements Must Have SkillsDegree in Economics, Humanities1/2 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft OfficeGreat communication and organizational skills, positive and flexible attitude, attention to details, problem solvingStrong passion for human resourcesInterest for fashion and luxuryFluent in EnglishWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
