We're seeking a talented and ambitious Associate of Talent / Junior HR Business Partner who will support our growth by planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies delivering great hiring results for the business. The Junior HR Business Partner will report directly to the HR Business Partner supporting on HR multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often with varying difficulty and with differing levels of priority.

Your To-Do List: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Address employee queries and manage grievances in a timely manner. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and development of D&I projects. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support in managing employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations. Support the performance review process and coordinating review meetings. Oversee day-to-day administration and routine maintenance of database. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records of attendance, leaves, and overtime. Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist or business partner capacity inside complex and dynamic environments (Advertising experience is an advantage). Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor law. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
