The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the role: You will be part of the HR&Administration Office in our Plant located in Pozzuolo Martesana (close to Milan) and you'll support the HR Plant Manager in the daily HR activities, moreover you'll manage part of the administrative tasks for the whole Plant population (workers and white collars).Main responsibilities: You'll be the legal guidance to the HR Manager: advice on labor law and documents.You'll be fully in charge of the management of the hiring procedures and of all the procedures related to secondments Eu and Non-EU.You'll support the Line Managers to facilitate people life cycle management.You'll be in charge of all HR key processes (talent acquisition and recruitment; performance management and reward; career and individual development; workforce planning and budgeting etc) especially for the workers population.You'll be involved in full life cycle recruitment.You'll manage HR related administrative tasks.Who we are looking for: Master's degree in law or Business Management Studies; 2/3 years of experience as HR, HR Administration or as labor consultant; Good knowledge of Labor Law, tax, social security and contractual regulations; Good analytical skills, precision, work organization and deadline management, confidentiality; Problem Solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner and ability to teamwork.Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters; Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.IT Skills MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)SAP HRA good knowledge of a payroll software is a plus.Languages Available to international mobility.How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
