Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients, including institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission: Your role as a Junior HR Administration will be far from one-dimensional: you'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks and have the opportunity to gain deeper general knowledge in the Human Resources Administration & Payroll field. This is a fixed-term position lasting until April 30th, 2025.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Processing from onboarding to termination using HRIS (IN&OUT database, PeopleSoft tool, ADP tools) to ensure all employees' life-cycle events records are up to date.Update and ensure the reliability of information contained in databases.Responsible for monthly related reports and analysis.Support all administrative tasks and assist HR Operations Generalist colleagues on ad-hoc projects.Manage work schedules in Time@ADP, resolve anomalies, manage absences/attendances, evaluate time, and reporting.Respond to customer inquiries on HR Administration & Payroll related topics, provide required information using available resources, and follow up calls where necessary.Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.Profile Required: Studies & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Legal/Social Studies.Proven work experience (at least 6 months) as an HR Intern.Language Skills: Italian: C2.English: B2.Technical, Operational & Soft Skills: Employee onboarding process.Hands-on work in HRIS.Solid understanding of labor legislation.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Rigorous, with a sense of priorities and highly organized.Team player and collaborative.Operational problem solver.You like numbers, but you also like to work with people: you are a good listener with patience, and you respond by trying to give simple explanations on complicated subjects.Why Join Us: In a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for its service quality and competitiveness, its agile solutions, and international network coverage.
