JOB MISSION
Create - for our guests - unique and extraordinary experiences and foster a warm and welcoming environment, inside and outside the Davines Village, capable of transmitting and instilling the key values of the Company.
DUTIES AND KEY REPONSABILITIES
Planning and coordinating the services offer for Davines Village guests through the phases of:
Inbound (from the first phase of event preparation to the guests' welcome)
Collection of guests' information
**Coordination and organization**: staff calendar, hotel reservations, transfers, Davines experiences (exhibitions, city tour, events, etc.), gastronomic experiences (dinners, lunches, wine tastings, aperitifs, etc.), welcome gifts.
Handling bookings, cancellation, and modifications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Creation and sharing of the dedicated Travel Agenda
Service (from the guest's welcome to the end of the visit)
Supervision of the Davines Village Company Tour and Davines Village extra activities (shampoo lab, EROC visit, Garden experience, aperitifs, dinners etc.)
Outbound (final phase of the event)
Sending, collecting and managing the post-event survey to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Managing the budget closing phase to ensure cost-effectiveness
Davines experiences (exhibitions, city tours, events, etc.)
Creating a network of partnerships with third-party companies, with the aim of developing new service and activities connected to the territory of Parma City (guided tours, guided visits to museums and exhibitions, participation in cultural events, food, and wine experiences in the area)
Guaranteeing an accommodation booking service by evaluating, if possible, innovative solutions (partnerships with hotels, etc.)
Supervising travel management in the most effective and efficient way
