Start Hub seleziona per azienda multinazionale un* Junior Group IT Controller and Central Costs Analyst.
In your role, you will part of Central Cost controlling team with special focus on IT area, both Central and Local 1.
Financial Reporting and Analysis Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including variance analysis.
Ensure timely, complete, and relevant financial reporting.
Collaborate with upper management to identify cost reduction opportunities.

Budgeting and Forecasting Prepare and review annual budgets, considering business goals and financial constraints.
Develop monthly forecasts to track performance against budgeted targets and to ensure a correct monthly cost allocation.
Collaborate with department Heads to align budget allocations with strategic priorities.
Monitor budget expenditures and communicate spending levels to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze income and expenditure data to evaluate program effectiveness.

Financial Compliance and Controls Verify all financial reports for accuracy and compliance with local government regulations and Group requirements.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures for financial reporting.

IT Capex IT business case preparation for new projects ensuring the relative follow up.
Support IT team in IR preparation and submission.
This role involves overseeing financial statements, managing accounting processes, and providing strategic insights.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
University degree in Business Administration/Accounting with minimum 3 years of working experience Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools (Oracle JD Edwards knowledge is a plus) English and Italian fluent Availability to occasionally travel Process improvement expertise Well organized, analytical thinking, data driven, and results oriented.
