Start Hub seleziona per azienda multinazionale un* Junior Group Industrial Controller Specialist.
As Financial Controller, you will work in a set of steps each month that will include closing process, reporting to Management/stakeholders on different levels in the organization and analyzing data/facts for the Customer Experience Office of the Business Area Food Europe that consists of RD, product category management and marketing.
In your findings you will identify/initiate changes for the better together with our VP Finance and Business Control and the CxO Director.
Posizione: Each month, you will work in a set of steps that will include the closing process, reporting to Management / Stakeholders on different levels in the organization, analyzing data/facts of Electrolux Industrial Operational.
You will ensure the data quality of the reporting, the standardization of the content and support in footprint analysis.
You will also periodically collect Central Capex reporting them by site, category with project details, supporting both in IR calculation and in the follow up of the main project.
You will collaborate in the deployment of the WCM/EPS methodology to strength efficiency in industrial operation performance, supporting IO and WL pillar community to achieve overall process and met factory KPIs.
You will co-ordinate data collection, promote and support cross fertilization of ideas, knowledge, improvements.
You will be part of the digital evolution of the Finance functions being part of the team to develop, standardize and automatize global operation ERP and reporting process / procedure.
Back up for local industrial controller.
Key responsibility will be also to contribute to monitor the "Operation Innovation Competence Center" (OICC) activities and project, following its budget but also the benefits creation.
You will collaborate in the reporting deliveries with the respect of deadlines and ad-hoc analysis releasing presentations for Senior Management.
In performing this you could also work with JDE Finance interacting with accounting department.
Requisiti: Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration/Engineering with 3 years of working experience English speaking Available to travel Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and various analysis tools.
