Who we are looking for PurposeIn this role you will be part of a team that plays an important role providing the Chiesi Governance Bodies and senior management with assurance regarding the adequacy, both in design and in actual operation, of the Internal Control and Risk Management System, either as a whole or in its individual parts. To this end, you will have the opportunity to learn about and deepen your understanding of various processes within Group Chiesi's business and the associated risks, interact with different stakeholders within the organization both in Parma and abroad, and participate in the development of an audit plan.
Main Activities- Support the lead auditor in the preparatory phase of the compliance/operational audits, for example in defining the audit scope and the risk control matrix.
- Support the lead auditor during the test of design phase of the audits (e.g., interviews with the auditees, issue log implementation).
- Support the test of execution phase of the audits (e.g., tests performing, issue log implementation).
- Support the elaboration of the final rating and reporting.
EducationMaster's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
LanguagesFluent written and spoken English.
Technical SkillsUse of Microsoft Office applications (advanced use of Excel and Power Point in particular).
