The Legal Affairs Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Antonella Fontana, who has extensive experience in Legal Affairs.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of data protection issues for IIT Research Lines and Administrative Directorates.Drafting and reviewing of data protection clauses in Agreements and Contracts.Supporting in carrying out data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and legitimate interest assessment (LIAs).Drafting and reviewing appointment documents, disclosures, privacy statements, data protection agreements, etc.Updating of the Record of the Processing Activities.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSMaster or Bachelor, preferably in law or equivalent.Good knowledge of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and subsequent amendments and additions.At least six months of previous experience in data protection management.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Good knowledge of the English language.Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Willing to travel.ADDITIONAL SKILLSProblem-solving attitude.Ability to work in a team.Interpersonal skills.COMPENSATION PACKAGECompetitive salary package for international standards.Wide range of staff discounts.2 days of teleworking per week.Flexible working time.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?An equal, inclusive and multicultural environment ready to welcome you with open arms.
