Junior Fund Manager- Italy

Job Description What You will be Doing: Provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in: Preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, also through the drafting of sensitivities scenarios; Preparing the necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies and investors; Evaluating new investment opportunities; Relations with Asset and Valuation functions.
Qualifications What You Bring: Excellent academic career path in financial economic disciplines, Master RE is a plus; Previous experience in real estate sector in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g.
asset management company, consulting); Knowledge in financial modelling; Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
