Job Description
What You will be Doing: Provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in:Preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, also through the drafting of sensitivities scenarios;Preparing the necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies, and investors;Relations with Asset and Valuation functions.Qualifications: Excellent academic career path in financial economic disciplines; Master RE is a plus;Previous experience in the real estate sector in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g. asset management company, consulting);Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
