Junior Firmware and Product Development Engineer Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Firmware and Product Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related field. In this hybrid role, you will focus on firmware development while also engaging in hands-on product development tasks across multiple complementary projects.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test firmware for new products and prototypes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with optics and electronics in product designs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to firmware and product development.Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to final product delivery.Engage in hands-on tasks, including assembling and testing prototypes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability.Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, firmware code, and product specifications.Education, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in programming (C++ and Python preferred).Basic knowledge of optics and electronics.Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong desire to build and improve products.Position Type: Full-time
