Publicis Worldwide is looking for a Junior Finance Controller for its Milan office You'll report directly to the Client Finance Business Partner. Responsibilities Overseeing all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures. Analyze performances and variances versus Budget/Last Estimates. Follow up of the monthly Budget / Rolling forecast considering the business seasonality and the historic trend. Provide support for both internal and external audit operations. Continuous improvement of Operations financial reporting process as business requirements evolve. Qualifications If in your past experience : 3 years of proven work experience in a similar position, working in an international environment. Analytical skills (able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and variances, identify problems, suggest solutions). Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint. Soft skills required to work autonomously in a multinational environment, managing relationships with different functions and diverse cultures, demonstrating curiosity, agility, flexibility and team spirit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you are: Positive attitude focused on finding new ways to solve problems. Great communicative person with strong teamwork abilities.
