BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position provides support to C-level top executives in personal/administrative tasks and organizational management, acting as a focal point for all issues regarding planning of the executives' daily engagements.
In this role, you will: Act as the focal point of contact on behalf of the supported executives: screen and direct phone calls, filter requests, distribute correspondence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks;Manage the daily agenda;Prepare presentation materials and background documents;Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (email, etc.)
and organize deliveries;Manage business travels and travel expenses records;Handle requests and queries appropriately, maintaining professionalism, strict confidentiality, and discretion.What makes you, makes our team
For this role, we're looking for someone with:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in International Companies;University degree;Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian;Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks;Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments, and third parties;Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to various competing demands.What makes you, makes our legacy
