WHAT YOU'LL DO AT MIDSUMMER • Support the wider team with keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign launches, website analysis, competitor analysis, audience creation, client onboarding tasks, bid and budget management, a/b testing • Plan amazing Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn ads campaigns • Participate in weekly/monthly client meetings and calls, adopting a proactive consultative approach • Learn as fast as you can from the Managers, Senior Managers, and the wider team • Become a key member of the team after 3-6 months • Support Midsummer initiatives across all department • Enjoy the Sun REQUIREMENTS You are: • Comfortable working with numbers and enjoy spreadsheets and datasets • Obsessed with the world of digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce • Fluent in English.
Knowing how to order a draft beer in London would not be enough, we're afraid • Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit (for boring bureaucracy stuff) GOOD TO HAVE • Additional languages (Italian, German, French, Chinese, or any others)• Experience / basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads • Experience / basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Rate Optimization • Experience/ basic knowledge of SEO, Email marketing, Canva, AI tools WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN • 6 months 30h / week Internship Contract - €800/month (FYI – 100% of our 10 paid internships so far have become permanent full-time contracts within 4-6 months)• Work from anywhere: we don't have an office.
So far, we've got on our list: our own house, coworking spaces, bars / cafés / restaurants, camper, b&b, and hotels, a long list of countries (including Spain, Sweden, UK, Germany, UAE, US, and more)• Flexible hours: we're not strict with the usual 9-18 office hours.
You can make the most of your day by starting earlier, taking longer lunch breaks, or staying late until the evening if you have other stuff to do (like laundry, picking up your kids from school, or just taking a walk).
