Junior Digital Advertising / Ppc Specialist (6 Months Paid Internship)

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT MIDSUMMER Support the wider team with keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign launches, website analysis, competitor analysis, audience creation, client onboarding tasks, bid and budget management, A/B testing. Plan amazing Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn ads campaigns. Participate in weekly/monthly client meetings and calls, adopting a proactive consultative approach. Learn as fast as you can from the Managers, Senior Managers, and the wider team. Become a key member of the team after 3-6 months. Support Midsummer initiatives across all departments. Enjoy the sun. REQUIREMENTS You are:

Comfortable working with numbers and enjoy spreadsheets and datasets. Obsessed with the world of digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce. Fluent in English. Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit. GOOD TO HAVE Additional languages (Italian, German, French, Chinese, or others). Experience/basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Experience/basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Rate Optimization. Experience/basic knowledge of SEO, Email marketing, Canva, AI tools. WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN 6 months 30h/week Internship Contract - €800/month. Work from anywhere: we don't have an office.
