Junior Cybersecurity & Risk Management Consultant

HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Junior Consultant to join a team of Management Consultants specializing in Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management, as part of the expansion and strengthening of its staff at the Bologna headquarters.The candidate will be involved in project teams with major clients in the Italian market, working closely with senior consultants and reference managers.Main responsibilities:Supporting the review and/or development of Information Security Management Systems and Cybersecurity based on regulations, best practices, international and national standards (ISO, NIST, SANS, ENISA, CIS-CSC, GDPR, NIS Directive, etc.);Collaborating in defining models and conducting risk analysis activities;Contributing to drafting and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures;Monitoring project activities and milestones;Identifying client needs and issues arising during project activities, communicating progress to stakeholders and the team;Participating in meetings with key stakeholders.Required technical skills:Recent degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;Good knowledge of English and perfect command of Italian, both spoken and written;Good knowledge of the Office suite and Outlook.A plus would be:Knowledge of management systems principles defined according to ISO standards (ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301, etc.);Understanding of international best practices and frameworks for Risk Management, Information Security Management Systems, and major information security regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS-CSC, OWASP, GDPR, AGID Minimum Measures, NIS Directive);Any certifications in Lead Auditor 27001/22301/9001, COBIT, ITIL, CISA; CISM, CSX, etc.What we offer:Hybrid work mode;Customized training plans and attainment of internationally recognized certifications (ITIL, Prince2, COBIT, ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO9001, ISO37001, etc.);Stimulating work environment that fosters professional growth and career paths; Opportunities to work in an international, young, and dynamic environment; Direct interaction with company management and end clients.Entry level and compensation will be commensurate with actual experience and seniority gained.#HSPI#LI-HYBRID
