As of November 2021, if it suits your role at Deltatre, you can work full time from home/remotely, from the office, or a combination within the same country as your contracted office of employment.We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will be the owner of our CRM management reporting to the Senior Manager.The CRM specialist will also be responsible for populating, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.Additionally, in this role, the CRM specialist would need to collaborate with different internal stakeholders and business areas to gather and document new and existing requirements.Here is what youget to do:
Manage the CRM solution Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system Ensure the CRM system provides an accurate sales funnel Reporting and delivering of all CRM data and activities for the business to meet KPIs Experience in working experience with a CRM Fluent English level (C1) Strong analytical skills to produce reports, and work with/interpret large data sets Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data Advanced Excel knowledge Good communication and cooperation skillsSome of our Company perks:
