Junior Crm Specialist

**Your role**:
As the Junior CRM Specialist you will be part of the Marketing Team based in Milan.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of CRM you will support all marketing and DTC departments in the rollout and optimization of our CRM contact strategy.
**What you will do**:
- Regular campaign performance analysis/reporting aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the contact strategy and contents
- Maintenance and optimization of current automated communications (triggered campaigns) and potential future implementations
**Experience & qualifications you will bring**:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or related
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role with a focus both on online and offline marketing activities
- fluency in English (knowledge of German a plus)
- background in the fashion industry, preferably in a Pure Player
- strong organizational skills coupled with flexibility, an analytical mindset, and the desire to bring about meaningful change
- results-oriented
- prior living or working experience in the USA a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of CRM tools
