**Junior Credit Analyst**
**What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?**
**Job Complexity**:
- Credit collection activities,
- Support the business,
- Review and controlling of specific orders
- Negotiation to establish recovery plans,
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
- Constantly update of dedicated report
**What we are looking for**:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Business fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
- Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills
- Autonomous, proactive way of working
