The Junior Cost Accountant will manage Supplier invoices and Credit Memos, Payment Authorization, Vendor Master Data Creation, RTV, and Evaluation Stock by the warehouse accounting Load.
The candidate will also assist the Luxury Cost Accountant Supervisor in managing relationships with other areas, particularly Operations, Buying Merchandising.
The role will involve close contact with suppliers and managing internal and external reporting.
Additionally, the candidate will support the team in the monthly closing activities.Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Monitor and check the Digital Production progressCross-check accounts and accounting documentsIdentify and resolve problems linked to the administrative and operative flowManage periodic physical and fiscal warehouse inventorySupport the management of administrative inbound activities (3w-m), in line with physical and operative inboundManage attributing purchase costs of products entering the warehouse for all buying typesRecord warehouse transactions for accounting purposes, related to both purchased and consignment goodsSupport in periodic and/or ad hoc internal reporting and managing consignment reportingSupport in identifying process and/or system measures to optimize data flow and reliabilitySupport in warehouse activities and evaluations periodically during the closing processCooperate with various company areas involved in warehouse processesCheck the operative phase of the goods working progress and backlog reportingManage relationships with the main Luxury PartnersManage internal and external reportingThe type of person we are looking for:Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Economics.Good knowledge of accounting principlesReliability, accuracy, flexibility, and discretionGood organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and proactive approachMotivation in an administrative roleExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPointKnowledge of Navision and SQL will be considered a plusFrom the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
