Junior Controller

SCOPE The Junior Controller will be part of the Controlling Department, inside the Finance Area of Dsquared2 Spa.
TASKS Monthly pre-closing and closing activities: analysing costs and preparing accruals and transfer accounts for the Accounting Department.Analysing and preparing monthly and quarterly reports related to operating costs (Travel costs, Maintenance costs, Telecommunication costs, etc).Monthly P&L, variance analysis and Capex Reporting.Working actively in the budget and forecast processes.Support to redefine and implement internal processes and procedures.Supporting the management and addressing "ad hoc" topics where necessary.Providing ad hoc analysis.SKILLS Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration.At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Controller, Auditor or Accountant), gained preferably in multinational companies.Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Excel and Power Point.Knowledge of Stealth System would be a plus.Fluent in English and Italian.Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.SOFT SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Positive and proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity.Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented.Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels.Attention to detail.Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
