Junior Controller

The Junior Controller main task is to support the Head of Controlling and ensure that the Finance department has a smooth running in accordance with the NHOA Group's standards and policies.
In particular your activities will include, but not limited to:complete closing processes on time for the assigned area;GAP analysis of PL, liaising directly with Budget Owners for investigations and reforecasting activities;control and analysis of the company's HR costs and HR related;CAPEX analysis and reporting;Active support to Budget owners on budget process;support in developing smart solutions to speed up and efficient existing processes;identify, monitor and update KPIs;support to the set-up of new economic-financial reporting according to requirements of management; #J-18808-Ljbffr
