FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly in the wind and photovoltaic sectors. To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for a Junior Contract Manager (m/f/d) .
The O&M (Operation & Maintenance) department is responsible for the complete management of assets, supporting all activities related to the technical and commercial operation of plants, from performance monitoring to the coordination and implementation of maintenance strategies. With a team of technical experts, the company manages and maintains over 1 GW of wind and photovoltaic capacity.
Within the O&M department, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing intercompany asset management contracts and Operation and Maintenance contracts for production plants, both in Italy and abroad. Specifically, they will:
support the manager in the commercial aspects of existing contracts, including reporting on extra-contractual activities and related invoicing; prepare and monitor the contractual overview for each asset; coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoicing, indexing of fees, and allocation of bonuses/liquidated damages related to plant performance; contribute to defining maintenance strategies for plants managed under "Self-Maintenance" mode and for plants to be internalized soon; coordinate with Cost Controlling to achieve contract profitability; organize independently to ensure that all activities are consistently covered by structured contracts. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering; fluent in written and spoken English, essential for supporting contract negotiation and drafting; excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite; teamwork orientation; goal-oriented mindset. This position is also open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
