We are looking for Consultants who will support project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.
MAIN TASKS:Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / positionAnalyze the Intermediary's risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation)TRAININGMaster's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineeringPreferred knowledge of econometricsKnowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plusFluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.SOFT SKILLS:Problem solving and result oriented attitude;Excellent team working attitudeExcellent verbal and written presentation skills;LOCATION:WHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT Our history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
