EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, statistics or engineering disciplines and solid quantitative knowledge Interest in the ESG risk management field, with particular focus on data collection and data management, measurement, analysis and reporting Thorough knowledge of package (mandatory eExcel, PowerPoint, Word), nice to have programming languages skills (e.g. Python) ACTIVITIES Analysis of the regulatory environment and best-practices in ESG risk management for Financial Institutions Analysis and implementation of the main ESG disclosure standards for Financial Institutions (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, EBA-ESG Pillar 3, …) Corporate sustainability reporting concepts and standards (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy disclosure, GRI, SASB, …) SOFT SKILLS: Communication and management skills Aptitude for problem solving and proposing solutions Organization and data processing Team-building development skills Excellent interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility, …) Excellent knowledge of the English language LOCATION: Bologna/Milan
