You will contribute to a sustainable future in an open, collaborative and empowering culture.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence;Execution of ESG review;Execution of EHS compliance audits;Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamworkProposal and reporting in Italian or English language.Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:Candidates should have a Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar;Minimum 2/3 years of relevant experience in EHS Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services in as a broad area, with specific focus on due diligence work in the M&A sector and Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance;Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D.
