Recordati. Unlocking the full potential of life Your contribution/mission Within the Group Compliance & Ethics department we are recruiting a Compliance Monitoring Specialist.
The Compliance Monitoring Specialist actively contributes to the execution of the compliance monitoring program mandated by the agreements with external partner.
Additionally, the Compliance Monitoring Specialist actively participates in the development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive compliance monitoring program that encompasses the entire Group, enhancing our ability to safeguard the Group from legal and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key responsibilities: - Guarantee the execution of compliance monitoring activities by:
planning activities;selecting samples;conducting testing;assessing non-compliances;developing outcome reports;collaborating with Compliance Officers and other speaking partners, including Legal Officers, Internal Auditors and General Managers.- Depending on the results of the monitoring activities:
support the development and implementation of internal policies and guidelines;support the updating of internal policies;provide compliance training to the process owners;perform follow-up activities;prepare reports for Senior Management and external partners.The role involves travel within the year according to the activities.
Your profile You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or Law and you have gained 2-3 years' experience in Audit/Compliance departments, where you have participated to fieldwork business reviews, preferably in the pharma industry.
Your English is excellent and you are able to work with colleagues in different countries with different background.
You are a precise, analytical, methodical, hands-on, positive and communicative Team Player, and you are able to work in a dynamic and international environment.
