- The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for contribution to the company's ongoing growth strategy within Europe. This position will seek new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline and proactively sell the company's services, benefits and value proposition_

- Development of a continuous sales pipeline
- Implement the sales strategy for the responsible region and the opportunities
- Prospect & develop a robust sales funnel within the Automotive and Industrial sectors
- Win profitable business in line with our strategic and financial goals to increase significatively our footprint and market share on the assigned region
- Develop interaction and relationships with key decision makers and influencers to foster customer experience and increase customer intimacy
- Negotiate all strategic commercial agreements
- Control contractual compliance with the company expectations
- Set up Joint Business plans with prospects
- Contact negotiations and new revenue generation
- Market requirements and market data and communicate with the sales team.

- ** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** _
- Business degree (M) or related and a minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer environment with commercial background.
- Automotive & industrial experience expected.
- Experience in working within sizeable multi discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix/cross functional environment
