The Role
The Junior Commercial Asset Manager will co-ordinate and carry on all the activities related to the integration of new assets from acquisition, onboarding of assets, conversion into the legacy portfolio with the possibility of being involved and accountable also for the successful delivery of the commercial business case of the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting integration with cross-functional teams (Finance, O&M, Project Finance, Growth, E&C, Legal, PMO, H&S) ensuring effective coordination and tracking of activities, and managing asset documentation and bureaucratic procedures. The role will also assist with refinancing or sell-down due diligence and SPV mergers when needed.
Additionally, the candidate will oversee daily asset management activities until integration is finalized and handed over to the business-as-usual asset management teams as well as follow the specific post-closing activities until they are closed (also beyond the integration phase). This includes meeting technical and commercial KPIs, managing P&L responsibilities for assets in integration; The role also requires managing relationships with key external stakeholders such as landowners, authorities, lenders, investors, and regulatory bodies during the integration phase, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing asset management. Support for business-as-usual activities for legacy portfolio plants may also be required.
Desirable skills
Experience or willingness to know the Italian photovoltaic/renewable and electricity market Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills in Italian and English Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow Please submit your CV in English.
