We are looking for a JUNIOR COLLECTION SPECIALIST FOOTWEAR to join the European Product Team to support the development of the next generation of footwear products and other categories.
The resource will have the opportunity to support the Team in researching the congruence of the collection in terms of target customers, sales price, trends and collaborating with the marketing, merchandising and product development teams to strengthen the impact of the collection in Europe.
KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS Meeting collection deadlines (samples, meetings with franchisees, orders to ensure delivery to shops, marketing needs) Monitoring fashion trends in Europe, with the aim of providing the right product for each national market Supporting in developing and maintaining commercial relationships with suppliers Supporting the entire product lifecycle, from the early stages of development to confirmation Supporting budget management of the collection in terms of shapes, materials and price points Supporting profitability of existing products and the development of new products Ability to work in team Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization Proactivity Ability to work resourcefully Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task Good written and verbal communication skills Interest in the fashion world Good knowledge of Power Point Good knowledge of Excel LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Italian Good knowledge of English LOCATION Limena (PD) – Italy Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
