To support our Company's growth, we are looking for a Junior CNC Operator, who will be part of Argotec Production team.

DUTIES Pick and cut raw materials to the required dimensions.Position correctly stock material in CNC milling machine.Setup tools and work holding systems for CNC milling machines.Maintain and clean CNC milling machines.Work closely with other machining operators and engineers to develop and implement efficient production processes.Ensure that production processes comply with company quality and safety standards.Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma.REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS At least 1 year of experience in a production environment.Basic understanding of production processes and procedures.Familiarity with production equipment and tools.Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Flexibility and strong team-working skills.Hands-on and proactive approach, willing to collaborate wherever needed.ADDITIONAL ASSETS Previous experience with CNC machines is preferable.Previous experience in a relevant field in structured companies.Good knowledge of English.Ability to work with tight schedules.WHY JOIN ARGOTEC?
