Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer (6 months contract) to be part of our Italian team located in Lainate (MI) - Connect & Control Technologies business.
Essential ResponsibilitiesEmbrace the cost breakdown negotiation approach linked to the main product cost drivers.Maintain a database of approved suppliers.Track, measure and analyze company expenditures.Analyze supplier performance management to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity (e.g., vendor agreements, material records, purchase orders, order confirmations).Position RequirementsDisruptive approach.Teamwork oriented.Empathic approach.Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.Problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset.Professional use of MS Office tools.Ability to effectively prioritize work.Good planning and organizing skills.Good communication and presentation skills.
