Join us in our Business Intelligence team and you will act as a trustworthy business partner for the commercial organization, providing relevant business intelligence in order to take mindful business decisions. You will proactively contribute to our success and sustainability, aiming to profit maximization and consumer pain points solution. Provide analyses of competitive and market environments and internal business issues to enhance Philip Morris performance in the Italian market. Ensure correct implementation of the processes within the organization dealing with multiple stakeholders in different areas.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Competitive Intelligence: Nielsen Competitive data management and analysis: weekly/monthly monitoring, trends, actionable insights for consumables market. Screen and organize information from public sources and share it with peer groups.
- Business Intelligence and Performing Reporting: ensuring information and performance reporting, providing data/highlights with timely submission. Performing ad hoc analysis to answer questions that may be triggered or giving unprompted insight.
- Provide support to the Financial Planning team in products performance
- Provide support to Strategy & Program Delivery team in developing presentations of budgets, strategic reviews and management updates ensuring accurate content
- Commercial activation & intelligence: contribute to the development of new commercial opportunities by leading/supporting and sharing of best practices to involved functions
Who we're looking for:
- Graduation in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experiences as Finance Analyst in complex multinational environment
- Analytical, Highly numeric and system based approach
- Advanced excel and database skills
- Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives
- Project management
- Good knowledge of English
