Randstad is active in 38 countries around the world and has top-three positions in almost half of these.Junior Business Controller:We're looking for a Junior Business Controller for our headquarters based in Milan.Role DescriptionHelp to manage monthly closures, analysing PL and its variances;Develop and monitor business KPIs;Analyse differences between actual and forecast for more efficient budget planning;Work as a business partner with key departments;Lead preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews, presenting the economic performance and outlook to the Leadership;Promote understanding of the financial impact and performance drivers on business decisions and recommendations in a user-friendly manner, communicating to different levels of the organization;Implementation and maintenance of key monitoring tools.Skills You NeedA business/engineering degree with 1-2 years of professional analytical experience;Innovative mindset;Hands-on approach and problem-solving talent;Natural team player with communication skills.Location:Milan, zona stazione centraleEmployment:Full Time Hybrid (smart working and onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
