Junior Business Controller:We're looking for a Junior Business Controller for our headquarters based in Milan.

Role DescriptionHelp to manage monthly closures, analysing P&L and its variances;Develop and monitor business KPIs;Analyse differences between actual and forecast for more efficient budget planning;Work as a business partner with key departments;Lead preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews, presenting the economic performance and outlook to the Leadership;Promote understanding of the financial impact and performance drivers on business decisions and recommendations in a user-friendly manner, communicating to different levels of the organization;Implementation and maintenance of key monitoring tools. Skills You NeedA business/engineering degree with 1-2 years of professional analytical experience;Innovative mindset;Hands-on approach and problem-solving talent;Natural team player with communication skills.
