Job Description - Junior Business Analyst - AXA DCP (14004017D20240329) Job Description Junior Business Analyst - AXA DCP ( Job Number: 14004017D20240329 ) DISCOVER your opportunity Junior Business Analyst & Project Manager, AXA DCP AXA's Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA's value proposition.
Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.
AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties.
End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets.
The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to: Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group Create a platform for risk management and prevention services Build an ecosystem of business partners Your missions In this role you will have the chance to work in a very dynamic and truly global environment, supporting business experts, and developing new emerging technologies to create services our clients will use to better understand, evaluate and mitigate risks (CatNat, Cyber, supply chain,…) Reporting to the Risk Consulting Business Solutions Lead you will be responsible for supporting the team in planning and overseeing services creation, from the initial ideation through to service go to market.
Staffed to support one or more services you will coordinate people and processes, to ensure Services are designed to meet customer needs,and delivered to our internal and external customers.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, artefacts and timeline, working with Business Lead and Product Owner to support service creation journey, aligned with our Agile way of working.

SERVICE CREATION AND DELIVERY • Supporting the team in Service Creation journey (from service design to service creation and go to market) aligned with AXA DCP way of working • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient Services implementation to challenge hypothesis • Create consistency among Services project teams supporting the identification of dependencies, synergies, new potential features and perspectives TRANSVERSAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitoring Services development progresses and performance to ensure timely and effective delivery to management and other stakeholders (primarily AXA XL and AXA Group) • Meeting with top management, Product Owners and Tech Lead to manage program plan What you will learn Ideate, design, and create an impactful service to support our Clients to better understand, manage and mitigate emerging risks Plan, define priorities, challenge business options to deliver value to out clients Work in a complete global environment, with different skills, backgrounds, and expertise at all level of seniority Learn new skills and understand the impact of emerging risks and emerging technologies (IoT, AI, satellite imagery,…) How to escalate a business idea, from ideation to go to market Manage expectations from stakeholders and communicate the value of our mission to help our clients to better manage emerging risks We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members Proven communication and presentation skills, written and verbal Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
