A Snapshot of Your DayThe role is an exciting opportunity to gain commercial exposure to a large multi-national company and would suit a driven and motivated individual looking to develop their financial and business insight. The job involves providing commercial and administration support to proposal/project managers within the Grid Technology Service Business and will allow you to work closely with the Head of Finance Country Italy, contributing significantly to robust business administration.
How You'll Make an ImpactProvide commercial support in tender activities, from commercial aspects of tender preparation up to bid submission and post-bid follow-up.Act as a referent for processes and tools related to Bid, Contract, and Commercial Sales Management.Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in the appropriate systems (e.g., SAP), while ensuring compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements. Ensure all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.Handle special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.What You BringBachelor's or master's degree in economics or similar (a bachelor in law with a master's degree in economics is also considered for this opportunity).Good knowledge of Italian and English.Expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Enthusiasm and team spirit, ability to work independently and in close collaboration with others, critical thinking, and a continuous learning approach.Interest in working in a dynamic and international environment.Previous experience (e.g., internship) in Finance/Controlling department is considered a plus.Experience in SAP is also a plus.About the TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
