The RoleJunior Broker M&A, Transactional Risks, Financial Lines GlobalOur rapidly growing M&A unit is now looking for a young Associate based in Milan to support the M&A team in Italy and the international M&A capability ensuring the delivery of revenue targets, in a compliant and ethical manner.
Main responsibilities:Advising clients on M&A insurance products in the context of transaction processes, finding the best insurance solutions in the market.
This implies: support to the Transactional Risk Team during the M&A process; preparation of pitch, RFP, flyer for marketing purposes.
Review of M&A deals (including - inter alia - relevant transaction documents, such as SPAs, R&Ws, investment agreements and due diligence reports), assessment of the main issues under insurance perspective, assessment of the insurability of risk, work closely with the deal team granting them the best support within a reasonably short time, structure warranty and indemnity insurance and other transactional risk insurance solutions, lead negotiations with insurers for insured risks, building and maintaining relationships with M&A players, including insurers.
