As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Senior Brand Manager on all activities related to the implementation of Communication campaigns, Promotional activities, and Sell-Out Data analysis for the brands assigned in the short and long term.
In this role, a typical day will include: Analyze sell-out market data regarding Alcon performance and competitors; market share reporting each month + specific analysis in line with particular strategic needs.Collaborate in the definition of creative assets for in-store marketing activations with the support of external creative agencies.Support the Senior Brand Manager to deliver the communication plan across all touch points (ATL/BTL) working on adapting the assets from the International Marketing team to local needs.Be responsible for the process of internal approval of the materials and the procedures related to the Ministry of Health submission and materials validation.Work in close partnership with other internal Departments, the International Team, and the External Agencies (Creative, Research, Media).Strongly support the Senior Brand Manager in the daily activities related to the Fidelity Program, including Field Force support, program reporting, and analysis.All the above tasks will be performed supporting the Senior Brand Manager and the wider internal and external team.
Please note that we offer an 18-month fixed-term contract for this role.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: University degree (in Marketing, Economy, or Business) + Master in marketing and communication.At least 6 months experience in marketing or brand management in an FMCG multinational company.Experience in analyzing Sell-Out data (IQVIA, Nielsen…).Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint are a must) and knowledge of Promotional Materials Approval tools, such as VEEVA Platform.Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.Collaboration and team-work mindset with a flexible attitude.Fluent in Italian and English.
