As a Junior Brand Manager ,you will support Marketing Team in projects related to market share growth and strengthening the competitive position of the Brands.
Main Responsibilities: Marketing Collaborate on Product Lifecycle Management with your team.
Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Sales on cross-departmental projects.
Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing projects and campaigns.
Manage artwork approval processes.
Prepare presentations and reports on marketing successes.
Conduct Sell-In/Sell-Out analysis and share recommendations.
Analyze activations and suggest improvement plans.
Create monthly presentations for local and regional sharing.
Perform competitor analysis.
General Manage purchase orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers on project delivery, invoicing, and payment.
Media Manage local social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for our brands.
Understand and use each brand's DNA and Tone of Voice.
Brief head of Media Planning on media plans and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
Develop monthly social media plans (timing, content, wording).
Select content from global platforms and develop new local content with agencies.
Oversee publishing with the media agency.
Manage moderation on social media pages.
Recruit and manage influencers for brand campaigns; maintain strong relationships with them.
Support market tests and research projects.
Develop relationships with local agencies (creative, digital, event, etc.).
Who we are looking for: Master's degree in economics, Marketing or Communication 2-3 Experience in Marketing Experience in the FMCG market would be a plus Excellent sense of organization; experience in project management; excellent ability to coordinate and to work in teams Fluency in English, French & Arabic Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word) Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e.
