Junior Battery Manufacturing Engineer

Bonsai Technology Srl is a leading engineering consulting company in the lithium battery industry with over 20 projects worldwide, and we are currently seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join in our team.
Responsibilities: As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of lithium battery projects with worldwide costumers in the area of lithium battery manufacturing and laser technology. You will need to manage with other colleagues all topics in the battery manufacturing area for our customers, including:
Understand costumers manufacturing process flow and technology and find room of improvement and solutions to suggestPerform assessment on the manufacturing equipmentDevelop test trials campaign for laser process activities including:Laser weldingLaser cleaningLaser cuttingSupporting our customers in their production plant improving their process and product qualityMake data analysis and RCA to support costumers in improving product quality and production performanceManaging technical discussions with customers and suppliersPerform technical and market research to be updated on the latest technologiesPrepare technical report on specific topic related to Lithium Battery manufacturing areaQualifications: To be considered for the Junior Manufacturing Engineer position, you must meet the following requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Automation or Mechanical or Manufacturing or Materials EngineeringAt least 1 year of experience in Manufacturing or Automation IndustryExperience in Battery Industry is considered as a PlusFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel worldwideIf you are excited about the opportunity to be a part of a highly skilled engineering team and work on projects to establish lithium battery manufacturing plants worldwide, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: commensurate with work experience
