**MANIN**
Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born.
It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands.
Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category
collections.
**THE ROLE**
New Guards Group is looking for a Junior Back Office Assistant to join the Homeware team, you will respond to the Project Planner and support in back office activities the development process of all Home and Object items from initial concept to finished product across the NGG brands.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Create technical sheets
- Component coding during the products development process
- Compile and track all outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Assist in the control of warehouse loads, packing lists, sampling shipments and quantity of supplier orders
- Using the internal program Apache monitor all product movements between HQ, warehouse and suppliers
- Manage the project archive including but not limited to fabrics, print tests, prototypes etc
- Liaise with marketing team and logistics team
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 1+ year experience in a similar role e.g product office, production office or similar preferably in the luxury fashion industry
- Bachelor's degree in fashion related studies is a plus
- Proven interest in the luxury fashion industry
- Good knowledge and use of macSo
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly excel
- Knowledge and use of Adobe Suite
- Good level of English both written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
- Precise, organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced everchanging environment
