Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office.

Minimum Requirements:Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.Current license to practice law in Italy.Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.High level of English (Certificate C1).
