Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office. Our Corporate M&A Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Requirements Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.Current license to practice law in Italy.Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Global mentality and enthusiasm.Ability to adapt to an international environment and eagerness to grow both professionally and personally.Enrollment in the firm's training plan.About us
