Posizione: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our Corporate Finance division, specifically in the Mid Corporate & Sponsor Solutions team, based in Milan. As an Associate, you will contribute to both origination and execution projects, playing a key role in supporting client relationships and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling. Prepare client presentations, deal memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation for both origination and execution phases. Perform company and industry analyses and develop company and industry profiles. Analyze potential targets or assess acquisition capacities for buyers. Stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt market developments. Requisiti: The ideal candidate is self-driven, confident, and a reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for taking initiative:
3–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on M&A transactions. Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in both Italian and English. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
