One Works is looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our Team in Milan.
The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients and Authorities, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences and resolve construction challenges.
He/she will be part of various Projects, mixed use masterplan to workspaces, hospitality and leisure, public, educational and residential buildings.

- Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 2-3 years of working experience in Architectural firms.
- Professional knowledge of Revit.
- International experience will be considered a bonus.
- Experience in leading a project.
- Experience across all design work stages.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCad and 3D Software (Rhinoceros, Sketch Up).
- Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
- Strong skills in problem solving and adaptability.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team.
