One Works is looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our Team in Milan . The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients and authorities, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences, and resolve construction challenges. He/she will be part of various projects, including mixed-use masterplans, workspaces, hospitality and leisure, public, educational, and residential buildings. Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Architecture. 2-3 years of working experience in architectural firms. Professional knowledge of Revit is mandatory. International experience will be considered a bonus. Experience in leading a project. Experience across all design work stages. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Software (Rhinoceros, SketchUp). Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading, and writing. Strong skills in problem-solving and adaptability. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team.
