As a Junior AR Accountant, you will join our central, multilingual shared services accounting team based in Milan, providing vital support to our subsidiaries across various countries. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2-3 years of experience seeking to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities As Junior AR Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts receivable operations and contributing to the financial health of Keywords Studios. Tasks include:
Customer InvoicingAssist in generating and managing invoices for clients across multiple countriesEnsure accuracy and compliance with local and corporate financial policiesIntercompany Rebilling SupportSupport intercompany transactions by ensuring proper documentation and timely processingCredit CollectionMonitor accounts receivable balances and assist in following up with clients for timely paymentsMonth-end Close and ReconciliationsParticipate in month-end activities, such as preparing AR schedules and reconciling accountsAssist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in AR balancesCompliance and DocumentationEnsure proper record-keeping of AR activities in alignment with internal and external audit requirementsFollow internal control and contribute to maintaining compliance with financial standardsRequirements Technical SkillsDiploma in Accounting or Related Field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance2 to 3 years of experience in a similar AR or finance-related role, preferably in a multinational environmentStrong proficiency in MS Excel and general aptitude for working with IT systemsCandidates holding experience using Netsuite, Coretime, or Salesforce will be given preferenceFluency in English and ItalianBehavioural SkillsHighly organized with attention to detail and a proactive attitudeStrong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and departmentsMotivated to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced, international settingBenefits WelfareTicketsFringe BenefitsLearning and DevelopmentHybrid work model
